Anyhow, I thought maybe this would be a good place to document our 2 week adventure in Clean Eating. We've (well, I) decided we're ALL 4 going to do this. Its not exactly a diet, just a healthier way of eating. It should help us to have more energy (God help us if it gives the kids MORE energy) and just feel better overall....we'll see!
So, today is day one, and the kids and I will be having: Whatever we happen to have in the pantry for breakfast (okay today is day 1/2 because its grocery day...) For lunch we'll keep it simple with Fresh fruits and veggies (we like to do this anyways for lunch), and Whole Wheat pasta with a Bolognese sauce for dinner. (Dave will of course be having dinner with us, I just can't account for what he eats during the day. Also I can almost GUARANTEE whatever it is won't be "clean")
